Valerio’s Bakery Cafe takes custom catering orders for pickup at its Briargate location in Colorado Springs. It bakes to order for family celebrations, office gatherings, community events, and cultural occasions. All orders are custom and prepared fresh for you to pick up. There is no delivery or event staffing.

Our family has been baking for other people’s gatherings for 47 years. We would be glad to bake for yours.
We don't run a delivery service, and we don't send staff to manage your event. What we do is bake — and we do it well, in volume, on a timeline that works for your occasion.
